A new day means a new group of kits to rate. Today we've got Group E. Nike has another chance to extend its lead at the top of the WC kit game. Puma's back today and New Balance makes its first entry.

AK
The home kit is red and white with a crew neck and a white stripe on each sleeve. It's a very low key and understated look.
Grade: C

LT
A simple red and white number for the home. Nothing else happens on it.
Grade: C-

Away

AK
The away kit is better. It’s white with a red crew neck, and a red stripe running down the sleeve and red cuffs.
Grade: C+

LT
However, the little Serbian flag on the chest of the away kit improves its grade. It’s the little things...
Grade: C+

A nice detail: there's a subtle DNA-line design on the front.
Grade: C

LT
A delightful red has been used on the first kit but not much happening after that. The combination of red and white on this kit works but that’s it.
Grade: C+

Away

AK
Same.
Grade: C-

LT
This kit is mad underrated. A slick white and black design with a little bit of gold but not too much that it’s tacky and over-powering like Peru’s kit. I love this kit. Very smart.

Grade: B+

Switzerland

AK
The home kit is quite nice. It's based on the new Puma kit template. In addition to the traditional red and white colors, the front has a unique design showing the topography of Switzerland’s mountain-based landscape.
Grade: B-

LT
The pattern across the front is wonderful. I like it. It’s a solid kit.
Grade: B-

Away

AK
The away kit is predominantly white and features a bit of red at the front of the collar. It’s a simple and clean look but nothing to rave about.
Grade: C

LT
The away is pretty boring. Not much is happening but it is clean and that’s what boosts the grade.
Grade: C-

Brazil

AK
The home kit is a Nike Vapor Aero swift template base. On top of that there is a subtle zigzag pattern on the sleeves. The yellow base is trying to recreate the 1970 brazil yellow kit look that the captured the imagination of the world. The hope is that this generation might also do that after a few subpar world cups. It’s a clean kit in general.
Grade: B

LT
The home is classic Brazil. An all yellow kit with green details. This is what we have known to love. It’s iconic Brazil. The kit also has a nice pattern on the front, which makes the kit better.
Grade: B-

Away

AK
The blue away kit is slightly better. It is royal blue with the same design, but they added a unique star’s pattern across the front.
Grade: B+

LT

The away is clean. A nice geometric pattern throughout and a very nice blue. Smart.
